We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
We want you to love your UNDER CONTROL products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@undercontrolbyob.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we will provide a prepaid returns label.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@undercontrolbyob.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
